He launched LiveToronto in 2011 after realizing that the guided tours available in the city were either too shallow or too scripted to capture what actually makes Toronto fascinating.

Since then, he has guided thousands of visitors and longtime residents through the city's streets — crafting custom routes, discovering new angles on familiar landmarks, and developing a reputation on TripAdvisor that is, quite literally, five stars without exception.
